Carolina Panthers: Preseason Analysis

One of the hot teams of the year will be the Carolina Panthers, and most everyone agrees with that. Last season the Carolina Panthers went to the NFC Championship game with the Seahawks. They had a great season. This year, not much has changed. All of their core players still remain and are healthy, which is a great sign.

In addition, they picked up a big star with Keyshawn Johnson in the wide receiver position. Keyshawn is a fan favorite and a playmaker that can really help tighten up the offense of the Panthers. Jake Delhomme can only be ecstatic about the signing of Keyshawn Johnson, which will only make his job easier.

Not that Jake Delhomme needs a lot of help however. He is an excellent pocket passing quarterback that leads his team to victory after victory. He is expected to do the same this year, with even more success. His maturity and accuracy make him one of the best quarterbacks in the league, which is something to be admired.

With Coach John Fox still in with the Carolina Panthers, the team should be well prepared for the season. John Fox came into the franchise and did a great job at resurrecting the team. He has a great work ethic that he has demonstrated to the players and coaching staff. With his talent and work ethic, and the talent of the coaches and players, the Carolina Panthers will sail through to the playoffs and possibly be a Super Bowl contender.
